An Executive Committee to ensure that the CSR approach is consistent with corporate strategy.
A Steering Committee to steer and monitor projects
A CSR team that defines, implements and mobilizes around CSR projects.

All employees are also fully mobilized:

as promoters of CSR initiatives
by taking part in the Climate Mural and Digital Mural events
through a discussion group created internally to enable all employees to take part in debates and put forward ideas
