Diversity and non-discrimination
Diversity and non-discrimination in teams for a working environment where everyone adds value through their uniqueness. This diversity is an asset that contributes to improved performance and well-being at work.
Gender distribution within the teams
The digital field is more represented by male profiles (80%) than by female profiles (20%): Klee stands out with more female profiles than the national average, with 30% female employees in the total workforce. Women account for 24% of the workforce in Top Management.
Gender Equality Index
The gender equality index was calculated for the two Klee Group companies with more than 50 employees. Klee Conseil & Intégration (KCI) obtained a score of 77/100 for the gender equality index for 2022. Klee Performance (KP) obtained a score of 98/100.

The inclusion of people with disabilities
Handicap
In addition to using ESAT (French organizations that help disabled people back into work) for the purchase of supplies and recycling, the Group has launched Mission Handicap to raise awareness among employees and encourage the recruitment and integration of disabled employees.
Training at the heart of our responsibility
Professional training
Klee Group has set up Klee Academy: a hybrid training programme offering employees a catalogue of rich and varied training modules and courses (technical, management, personal development, QWL, etc.). The annual investment in training to enhance employees' skills is around €500,000.

"May by Bike" Challenge
The Klee Nantes teams were mobilized for the "May by Bike" Challenge. This challenge mobilized 90% of the employees, with more than 700km covered by bike, which enabled 134kg of CO2 to be avoided. In addition to this challenge, Klee Group made a donation equivalent to the number of kilometers covered to the association Un sourire dans les yeux d'Anne-Charlotte.
Quality of Life at Work
Every year, Klee organizes the QLW Week. For five days, employees are invited to take part in various workshops, led by external speakers, on health and well-being. Throughout the year, other QLW workshops are also organized and available on the Klee Academy platform.
Sustainable Development Weeks
From September to October, the European Week for Sustainable Development takes place. On this occasion, the group launches initiatives to promote sustainable development. In 2022, employees were able to challenge themselves through challenges and quizzes on themes such as equal opportunities, musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), responsible digital technology and the carbon footprint.
Charity races
Several races are organized each year to raise employee awareness and get them involved in the causes supported by the Group. This year, the employees of La Boursidière took part in the Course du Souffle against cystic fibrosis, while the employees of Klee Nantes took part in the Odysséa race against breast cancer.
